Description

  • Facilitate effective agile ceremonies and take corrective action when needed.
  • Monitor team metrics, including velocity, OKRs, and team health, to improve incremental value delivery.
  • Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress.
  • Advise, mentor, and coach agile team members and stakeholders.
  • Understand team goals, structures, frameworks, constraints, dynamics, and technical context.
  • Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and team self-organization.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and team to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
  • Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve agile processes.
  • Participate in communities and forums to strengthen communication and influence across broader audiences.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Scrum, Scaled Agile processes, and related techniques gained from leading teams in varied environments.
  • Ability to provide guidance and leadership at both individual and team levels.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Passion for agile values, coaching, servant leadership, and supporting organizational change.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to develop new ways of working.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and emotional-intelligence skills.
  • Ability to recognize management challenges during transitions to agile ways of working.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve ROI, reduce costs, and save team time.
  • Ability to connect product technology, architecture, delivery processes, and agile practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • PSM, SAFe, PMI, or ICP certification is preferred.
