Description

  • Plan, design, and implement complex IT infrastructures.
  • Provide overall technical responsibility for system architectures and integration projects.
  • Ensure system performance, stability, high availability, and security.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues as part of 3rd-level support.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, development, and operations teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operations manuals, and guidelines.
  • Manage system migrations, rollouts, and integrations.
  • Support the implementation of security and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical coaching to project and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a PEGA Lead or Senior System Engineer.
  • Proven experience leading technical implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of server, storage, network, and virtualization technologies such as Linux, Windows, and VMware.
  • Experience with cloud environments and hybrid architectures, including AWS, Azure, and OpenShift.
  • Skills in automation, scripting, and configuration management, including Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Puppet.
  • Experience with performance analysis, monitoring, and tuning of complex systems.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Good English skills are desirable.
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong execution skills.
  • Availability date and hourly rate must be provided with the application.

Benefits
