Description

  • Understand clients' installations and processes to support effective service delivery.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Build tools and queries to fulfill customer service requests and improve customer experience.
  • Investigate customer incidents and identify root causes.
  • Perform service restoration actions when possible.
  • Participate in problem management by implementing bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements for existing clients.
  • Provide second-level support for Qualco software services.
  • Develop and update internal monitoring tools.
  • Work closely with Service Management and Software Development teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study.
  • Work experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
  • Experience with .NET Framework, C#, databases, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ETL tools and IIS is highly appreciated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Team spirit and a passion for results.
  • Client-facing communication skills with strong verbal and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a compliance-focused environment.
