Description

  • Organize and manage production of marketing videos, UGC, banners, landing pages, and playables.
  • Coordinate internal production teams, external agencies, and freelancers through platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.
  • Create and maintain marketing network, product, and geo-specific regulatory guidelines with traffic managers.
  • Analyze competitors to identify creative trends, benchmarks, and opportunities.
  • Collect, interpret, and apply marketing performance data to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Contribute to global and regional brand marketing strategies.
  • Plan production timelines and ensure delivery against marketing and departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of paid traffic or performance marketing workflows.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into creative improvements.
  • Understanding of digital marketing content formats and their performance drivers.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Interest in marketing, creative production, and performance-driven content.
  • Knowledge of trading instruments such as Binary Options, Forex, CFDs, Crypto CFDs, and OTC assets (preferred).
  • Experience with AI content-generation tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, VEO, Kling, or Seedance (preferred).
  • Experience working with creative agencies or freelance platforms (preferred).
