Description

  • Plan, book, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit for 6-8 clients.
  • Develop media plans using available planning tools and manage campaign implementation from asset collection through trafficking.
  • Design and run A/B tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and other variables to improve performance.
  • Own channel communication, monthly reporting, and strategy sessions with clients, with support from Associate Directors.
  • Scope, develop, and manage channel initiatives to meet performance goals across all clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by recommending pivots and optimizations to improve channel results.
  • Present performance reports and monthly forecasts tied to budget and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with media and creative team members to ensure negotiated plans and creative specifications are met.
  • Identify cross-channel strategies and proactively solve ad hoc issues for clients.
  • Maintain low-error execution across decks, reports, launches, QA, and data handling.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on paid media management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Experience managing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Experience leading and managing large media budgets for retail and ecommerce brands, with a focus on social media and programmatic display advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning complex data into clear, actionable reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot challenges quickly.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, advertising, and agency work.
  • Ability to work in a clean, quiet remote environment suitable for video conferencing and virtual collaboration.
