Description

Develop machine-learning models end to end from product requirements through implementation and deployment.
Align with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers to integrate ML solutions into the product ecosystem.
Design, train, evaluate, and iterate on models using modern techniques for real business problems.
Deploy models into production with robust implementation and quality assurance processes.
Build an MLOps framework to support scaling, monitoring, alerts, model drift detection, performance tracking, and automated retraining.
Share best practices within the ML team and contribute to internal knowledge and tooling improvements.
Mentor peers and help improve team practices and technical standards.
Work on client-facing AI products that have measurable impact on adoption, task completion, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer with MLOps, especially on client-facing products.
Experience building and optimizing machine-learning models for external clients.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience writing resilient, high-quality, testable code.
Experience integrating with third-party services and databases at scale.
Experience with FastAPI or a similar web framework.
Familiarity with tools that automate model retraining and performance monitoring.
Proven ability to identify complex problems and implement effective machine-learning solutions.
Fluency in English.
Preferred: experience working with modern tools such as Snowflake, Kafka, Kibana, PostgreSQL, Airflow, AWS, Prometheus, ArgoCD, or GitHub.
