Description

  • Develop machine-learning models end to end from product requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Align with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers to integrate ML solutions into the product ecosystem.
  • Design, train, evaluate, and iterate on models using modern techniques for real business problems.
  • Deploy models into production with robust implementation and quality assurance processes.
  • Build an MLOps framework to support scaling, monitoring, alerts, model drift detection, performance tracking, and automated retraining.
  • Share best practices within the ML team and contribute to internal knowledge and tooling improvements.
  • Mentor peers and help improve team practices and technical standards.
  • Work on client-facing AI products that have measurable impact on adoption, task completion, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer with MLOps, especially on client-facing products.
  • Experience building and optimizing machine-learning models for external clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience writing resilient, high-quality, testable code.
  • Experience integrating with third-party services and databases at scale.
  • Experience with FastAPI or a similar web framework.
  • Familiarity with tools that automate model retraining and performance monitoring.
  • Proven ability to identify complex problems and implement effective machine-learning solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferred: experience working with modern tools such as Snowflake, Kafka, Kibana, PostgreSQL, Airflow, AWS, Prometheus, ArgoCD, or GitHub.
