Description

  • Drive product strategy for the Google account by framing opportunities and translating ambiguity into clear product direction.
  • Participate in end-to-end product discovery, including stakeholder interviews, user research, synthesis, hypothesis generation, and experiment design.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps that balance client ambition with delivery reality.
  • Create strategic product backlogs with clear, outcome-focused epics and stories that support development.
  • Use AI tooling across research, prototyping, and analysis, and help teammates and clients apply it effectively.
  • Contribute to business cases, product narratives, and go-to-market framing grounded in data and user insight.
  • Design and facilitate workshops that lead to concrete decisions.
  • Write and present decks, briefs, and strategy documents tailored to the right audience.
  • Support business development through pitches, proposals, and expansion with existing clients.
  • Work closely with Account and Product Leadership to evolve the strategic direction of key products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product strategy or senior product management, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or high-growth product company.
  • Proven track record of shipping products or features to real users.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from vision docs to research script review.
  • Strong command of product frameworks such as lean startup, jobs-to-be-done, continuous discovery, and outcome-based roadmapping.
  • Working experience with AI tools, with awareness of their limits and where they create value.
  • Deep empathy and strong listening skills with customers, colleagues, and clients.
  • Experience with platform businesses or large consumer-facing digital products is desirable.
  • Background spanning research, design, and engineering is desirable.
  • Some exposure to building or contributing to a product practice inside an agency or consultancy is desirable.
