Description

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for defined areas of Arcadia’s platform.
  • Translate business strategy and customer insights into product vision, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead discovery efforts through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven investigation.
  • Develop business cases that quantify impact, trade-offs, and return on investment.
  • Partner with engineering and UX to define MVP scope and drive iterative delivery.
  • Actively manage and prioritize backlogs based on impact, urgency, and strategic alignment.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support launches and customer adoption.
  • Track product performance metrics and refine plans based on feedback and data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data platforms.
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating on complex software products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong experience with data-driven products and comfort using SQL or analytical tools to self-serve insights.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and translating feedback into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to break down complex requests into iterative, deliverable increments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, interoperability, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with population health, value-based care, or healthcare interoperability is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics or data-driven clinical insights is preferred.
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL or analytics experience is preferred.
  • Experience working across platform or infrastructure product teams is preferred.
