Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Build and maintain robust microservices using Java Spring Boot.
  • Develop front-end applications using Angular 19.
  • Design and implement distributed, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and ensure efficient data integration across services.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical decision-making across the stack.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
  • Work effectively in global teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
  • Good experience with Angular.
  • Strong software architecture understanding.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures.
  • Good understanding of containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • PostgreSQL or other relational database experience.
  • Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Experience building SaaS/PaaS products.
  • Ability to work across backend and infrastructure topics when needed.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to drive technical decisions independently.
  • Mentoring or technical leadership experience.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
  • Product-oriented thinking instead of only task execution.
  • Ability to collaborate internationally with distributed teams.
