Description

  • Own and manage the IAM product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
  • Translate security requirements and architecture designs into implementation-ready stories.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
  • Coordinate delivery of authentication and access management capabilities across enterprise and digital platforms.
  • Implement IAM controls such as multi-factor authentication, passwordless authentication, adaptive authentication, and secure session management.
  • Support configuration and rollout of IAM platforms including Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and CyberArk.
  • Drive application onboarding to SSO and implement MFA policies and identity federation.
  • Collaborate with security, engineering, risk, compliance, and application owners to align solutions with enterprise security and platform needs.
  • Partner with security teams to implement risk-based authentication using behavioral, device, location, and transaction signals.
  • Coordinate IAM integrations with web and mobile apps, API gateways, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • Experience as a strong Agile product owner in IAM or a closely related security domain.
  • Ability to translate security requirements into engineering tasks and implementation-ready stories.
  • Experience working with security architects, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and passkeys.
  • Knowledge of IAM capabilities such as MFA, passwordless authentication, adaptive authentication, SSO, federation, and RBAC/ABAC.
  • Understanding of security architecture concepts including Zero Trust, secure identity lifecycle, and identity governance.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, or CyberArk is preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Capital Markets, Banking, or FinTech is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills.
  • Location listed as NJ/Remote.
