Description

  • Support data collection activities for the infrastructure evaluation.
  • Conduct data analysis and contribute to evaluation findings.
  • Prepare reports based on evaluation results and related qualitative data.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement throughout the evaluation process.
  • Assist with recruitment and collaboration efforts for evaluation activities.
  • Work closely with the evaluation team to support ongoing MEL tasks.
  • Use data collection methods such as key informant interviews.
  • Apply qualitative analysis approaches to inform reporting and evaluation work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, research methods, public policy, international relations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, or a related area.
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) principles.
  • Experience with data collection, including key informant interviews.
  • Experience with qualitative analysis approaches and report writing.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Exposure to foreign assistance projects or related fields (preferred).
  • Ability to present data visually using charts or dashboards (preferred).
  • Knowledge of USG M&E reporting requirements, including Department of State, Development Finance Corporation, and Department of Defense standards (preferred).
