Description

  • Build and configure GoHighLevel sub-accounts for new clients using standardized templates and SOPs.
  • Customize each client account for service types, lead capture flows, follow-up sequences, and staff notification logic.
  • Set up, test, and verify triggers, workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations before handoff.
  • Manage multi-location account structures and ensure clean separation and consistent configuration across locations.
  • Register every new client for A2P 10DLC messaging compliance, including brand and campaign submissions, status tracking, and resubmissions after rejections.
  • QA your own work against defined checklists before each handoff and document issues clearly in the relevant ticket.
  • Stay current on GHL product releases, policy changes, UI updates, and carrier rule changes, and flag process impacts to the team.
  • Serve as the internal GHL resource by troubleshooting issues, identifying failure points, and recommending SOP improvements.
  • Update existing client GHL accounts with new features, workflow additions, and product improvements after launch.
  • Handle bug tickets by reproducing issues, opening support cases with GHL, tracking resolutions, and communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Manage snapshot imports and exports, account transfers and migrations, and phone number ports in and out of GHL.
  • Coordinate closely with the website build team and communicate blockers, status updates, and scope changes in Linear.

Requirements

  • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building and configuring sub-accounts from scratch.
  • Experience with GHL pipelines, automations, triggers, contact workflows, and integrations.
  • A2P / 10DLC compliance experience, including brand and campaign registration and carrier rejections.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability to isolate failures and identify root causes before escalating.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to CRM configuration.
  • Strong SOP discipline and willingness to follow documented processes exactly.
  • Clear written English for documentation, issue notes, and status updates.
  • Experience with GHL's API, webhooks, or custom integrations (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Webflow and website handoffs (nice to have).
  • Background working with fitness businesses, gym software, or boutique fitness operators (nice to have).
  • Experience with PushPress or similar gym management platforms (nice to have).
