Description

  • Architect and document the end-to-end Creative Operating System, including prompt libraries, quality frameworks, testing matrices, and format adaptation systems.
  • Develop and maintain prompt libraries for text-to-video, image-to-video, and image generation to produce consistent, high-quality outputs.
  • Design and run the 48‑Hour Brand Birth Challenge: rapid ICP deep-dive, brand narrative, multiple ad formats, landing creative, live ad spend launch, and process documentation/BTS content.
  • Lead client creative strategy sessions and produce high-performing deliverables: 8–12 video ads per client per month, unlimited static ad variations, and landing page creative.
  • Iterate creative based on performance data, maintain obsessive quality standards, and ensure every deliverable meets conversion-focused objectives.
  • Create training programs, SOPs, checklists, and video walkthroughs so new team members reach high quality quickly.
  • Recruit, train, and eventually lead a creative team (target 3–10+ specialists) and establish a culture of high standards and systems thinking.
  • Conduct strategic competitive and ICP research, map customer objections, develop unique conversion-focused angles, and translate strategy into executed creative.
  • Film and package process/BTS content to serve as proof-of-concept and marketing for the Creative Engine.
  • Collaborate with other product components (Outbound OS, SETR AI) to ensure creative integrates into the closed-loop growth system.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience with text-to-video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo) and mastery of AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL‑E, Flux).
  • Deep knowledge of image-to-video animation techniques and prompt engineering for consistent, high-quality outputs.
  • Proven ability to produce results that look professionally produced (not overtly "AI-generated") with a portfolio showing range (UGC, cinematic, story-driven, luxury, before/after/process examples).
  • Background in videography, video editing, creative direction, or cinematography with color grading and post-production skills.
  • Demonstrated experience creating creative that converts (paid ads, direct response) and familiarity with conversion psychology and sales funnels.
  • Systems and strategic thinking: ability to design repeatable creative processes, testing matrices, and format adaptation systems.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to clients on video calls, and professional client-facing presence.
  • Comfortable working fully remote with a professional home setup, rapid iteration, high-volume output when needed, and availability for client reviews during business hours.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with performance marketing and paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), agency/branding background, direct response copywriting, landing page conversion knowledge, and prior leadership or training experience.
