Description

  • Serve as the primary technical contact in customer engagements alongside the Territory Account Executive.
  • Coach and enable partner Systems Engineers with guidance, resources, and technical support.
  • Review and validate sizing, quotes, and technical architectures to ensure accuracy and fit for customer needs.
  • Drive adoption of the company’s sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate technical resources for partner bootcamps, workshops, training sessions, and technical events.
  • Act as a technical advisor for partners and route complex issues to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with account executives and channel partners.
  • Support partner-led selling and expansion opportunities through proactive pre-sales technical engagement.

Requirements

  • Professional B2B experience in a technical support, customer-facing, or pre-sales role.
  • Solid understanding of technology sales processes.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise storage market, data management, and current or emerging IT infrastructure architectures is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working with a sales counterpart and channel partners toward shared objectives.
  • High self-motivation, initiative, and ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical value to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple partner engagements and validation tasks.
  • Experience supporting high-volume, transactional sales motions is preferred.
