Description

Design, collaborate on, and implement new algorithms and technologies for high-performance, highly reliable systems.
Own innovation end to end from concept through shipped product.
Analyze and solve complex technical problems with persistence and insight.
Work closely with stakeholders across product management, product development, system validation, support, and customers.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver enterprise product and application outcomes.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by improving the product experience.
Participate in architectural discussions and drive design evolution.
Understand and support production systems, deployments, high availability, and uptime for enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

8+ years of developer-level Linux platform experience.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Java, Go, or other programming languages.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, threads, synchronization, and concurrent programming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on development experience in the storage domain and related technologies preferred.
Experience making strategic architectural decisions and driving design and architecture evolution preferred.
Understanding of production systems, deployments, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure uptime.
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
