Description

  • Administer enterprise AI platforms, including licenses, workspace configurations, access controls, and usage policies.
  • Design and build reusable integration patterns, configuration templates, and AI-powered assets for business teams.
  • Support the integration of AI tools into core systems such as underwriting, modeling, ledger workflows, and other internal platforms.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance to business teams on AI use cases, implementation approaches, repository structure, and development environment setup.
  • Assess emerging AI platform capabilities and recommend adoption where appropriate.
  • Govern API connectivity between AI platforms and internal systems to ensure secure, well-documented enterprise integrations.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to AI configurations and integrations, with attention to data handling, access controls, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deployed tools, active pilots, and assessed capabilities for governance and audit readiness.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience administering and integrating enterprise SaaS or AI platforms at scale.
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end technical solutions in a complex organizational environment.
  • Solid understanding of how modern AI tools function, including large language models, agents, tool use, and context management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including agent skills, subagents, agent teams, and orchestration patterns.
  • Experience structuring codebases or development environments for use with AI coding assistants.
  • Risk-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively surface platform and integration risks.
  • Ability to engage constructively with risk, compliance, and security stakeholders.
  • Advanced communication skills for translating technical AI concepts into clear business language.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical teams, business stakeholders, and control functions.
  • Hands-on experience building Custom AI Agents, Agentic Skills, or MCP-based integrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI governance principles as applied to enterprise tool deployment (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry, preferably financial services (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $195,000 to $215,000 USD.
