Description

  • Lead complex, multi-team technical programs spanning product, engineering, security, operations, and customer success, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables
  • Define and drive program roadmaps by translating high-level strategy into actionable plans and communicating program status to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Own all aspects of technical program management for platform capabilities on strategic agreements to ensure delivery is on schedule, within budget, and meets customer requirements
  • Serve as primary technical program point of contact for product and executive stakeholders, providing briefings on program status, technical roadmaps, and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain a prioritized, stack-ranked Feature/Epic backlog aligned to strategic pillars and the V2MOM framework, and delineate Product-driven vs Engineering-driven deliverables
  • Act as Scrum Master/Delivery Lead for key initiatives, coordinating cross-functional alignment, surfacing and resolving blockers, and establishing operating models for strategic initiatives and MVPs
  • Design and implement lightweight squad-level Feature/Epic workflows to enable frequent, reliable deployment and manage technical dependencies and integration risks
  • Proactively identify architectural, infrastructure, security and compliance issues (including regulatory or enterprise-grade controls) and drive mitigation actions
  • Establish customer feedback loops, support go-to-market and customer deployment activities, and partner with engineering to monitor and improve system/component health
  • Implement and track lightweight, actionable delivery metrics (e.g., delivery velocity, say/do ratio, defects, capacity/utilization, planned vs unplanned work) to surface improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or technical program management experience in a technology company, ideally with enterprise software, AI/ML infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems exposure
  • Strong technical literacy and experience engaging with engineering on architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and ingestion/retrieval systems
  • Proven track record driving cross-functional programs with multiple teams, managing dependencies, risks, and delivering to schedule in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business context for senior leadership, customers, and partners
  • Familiarity with agile/lean delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), continuous delivery practices, program tracking, risk and change management
  • Experience using program management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge management, or multimodal data ingestion (text, audio, images, video) (preferred)
  • Experience working in highly regulated or federal environments and with enterprise security/compliance controls, on-prem or air-gapped deployments (preferred)
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud services, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and monitoring/observability for platform or infrastructure components (preferred)
