Description

  • Step in as a session facilitator when a primary mentor is unavailable.
  • Build familiarity with the LMS curriculum so sessions can be covered confidently on short notice.
  • Stay briefed on session plans and student progress for assigned cohorts.
  • Attend orientation and occasional training sessions.
  • Maintain close communication with the Program Coordinator.
  • Support cohort-based program delivery as the initiative expands.
  • Scale into a more active mentor role as the program and cohorts grow.

Requirements

  • Volunteer role with no pay.
  • 2–3 hours per week total, including 1 hour on a weekday evening and 1 hour on the weekend.
  • Available in the evening on one weekday plus one hour on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Can start volunteering from May 2026.
  • Available for a duration of 4 months.
  • Relevant skills and interests in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and be flexible in an on-call setting.
  • Driven by social initiatives and motivated to impact the lives of under-privileged students.
  • Desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • Can speak and understand Hindi and English.
