Description

  • Source and qualify new business opportunities across North America.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
  • Proactively prospect through outbound email, calls, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate discovery and qualification conversations with prospects.
  • Partner with sales leadership to close deals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Manage a hunter-oriented business development process with significant autonomy.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in consulting or services-led environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
  • Experience selling technology services and managing client negotiations.
  • Strong motivation, results orientation, and coachability.
  • Comfort working without detailed day-to-day supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events, with travel expected about 30% of the time.
  • Experience selling services/solutions such as consulting, technical services, or technology partnerships is preferred over strictly product sales.
