Description

  • Install radon testing devices properly at residential and commercial sites.
  • Communicate with facility owners and coordinators to support successful testing and installation.
  • Travel locally and nationally as needed to complete project assignments.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Meet project deadlines to support customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent communication with project team members.
  • Make onsite decisions to ensure successful consultations and field work.
  • Handle shipping of equipment to remote locations according to basic shipping standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • NRPP certification for radon measurement, or the ability to obtain it within the established timeline after hire.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a field environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within established deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with basic shipping standards for mailing equipment to remote locations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
  • Able to regularly lift 25 pounds and perform physical work such as walking and climbing stairs.
  • Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
