Description

  • Partner with the instructor to deliver an engaging classroom experience for participants in virtual and in-person courses.
  • Prepare training venues and liaise with catering staff for in-person sessions.
  • Build rapport with course attendees and respond to questions and needs during and after training.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Prosci digital tools and provide practical guidance to users.
  • Stay current on Prosci solutions, training offerings, and thought leadership to support business development conversations and handoffs to the growth team.
  • Coordinate with operations colleagues to complete all pre-course, in-course, and post-course activities efficiently.
  • Analyze participant feedback and performance metrics to support continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Collaborate with participants from global organizations on change strategies and implementation plans.
  • Support cross-functional internal projects, including marketing webinars, blog posts, and research projects.

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking to groups and facilitating group activities.
  • Intellectually curious and self-starting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to problem-solve.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, and English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a big-picture view.
  • Warm, responsive, and friendly communication style with a genuine interest in people.
  • Good working knowledge of MS 365, online meeting platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with others.
  • Professional competency in other European languages such as French, German, or Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous experience managing or hosting small-scale events is preferred.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in project work, learning and development, or adult learning is useful.
  • Understanding of EU and UK data protection regulations related to managing and storing personal and professional data is preferred.
  • Regular travel of approximately 80% across the Scandinavian region and other European countries, including overnight stays, is required.
  • Ability to work from client sites, training venues, and a remote home-working setup with quiet space and reliable bandwidth.
