Description

  • Audit and improve key user journeys from discovery and comparison through signup and retention.
  • Identify UX friction points that affect conversion, trust, usability, and engagement.
  • Redesign priority product flows to increase clarity, speed, and user decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library across web and future features.
  • Standardize UX patterns and ensure consistent design quality across releases.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to define metrics, analyze user behavior, and guide design decisions.
  • Run or support user research, usability testing, feedback loops, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership to align design with business goals.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage UI/UX designers and establish clear design ownership and delivery timelines.
  • Act as a strategic design partner and help raise the overall design maturity of the company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, including experience in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing for SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or data-heavy digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and measurable business impact.
  • Practical understanding of how to use AI in UX research, product design, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, conversion-driven product experiences.
  • Experience building or scaling design systems and maintaining UI consistency across products.
  • Strong collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using user insights, analytics, and testing to guide design decisions.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating designers and design workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools, with comfort using Slack, Notion, and Jira.
  • High ownership, clear communication skills, and ability to work effectively in remote, async, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the prop trading industry and Prop Firm Match’s mission is highly valued, though not formally required.
