Description

  • Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for new features, enhancements, and platform releases.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
  • Partner with developers, product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA input during sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
  • Own regression testing strategy and release validation across environments and deployments.
  • Validate backward compatibility and consistent functionality across versions and production configurations.
  • Test browser and device compatibility across supported environments.
  • Evaluate system integrations and complex customer workflows across multiple product features.
  • Perform performance, scale, load, and security testing to identify risks and bottlenecks.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and triage defects through timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in software quality engineering, including test strategy, automation, and release validation.
  • Deep experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using modern tools.
  • Experience validating complex distributed systems, integrations, and customer workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive quality initiatives across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
  • Ability to work autonomously in complex problem spaces while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proven experience identifying systemic quality risks and driving scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for product quality from design through release and ongoing iteration.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, and raising engineering quality standards.
