Description

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and customer satisfaction across healthcare analytics engagements.
  • Lead executive, stakeholder, and project team communications, including remote status meetings.
  • Compile ambiguous information into tactical action plans and bring structure to complex technical requirements.
  • Document project decisions, track progress, and escalate project concerns appropriately.
  • Balance work across multiple customers and teams simultaneously.
  • Support agile analytics and governance-based processes that improve patient outcomes.
  • Guide customers through technology implementation and implementation-related challenges.
  • Mentor and teach counterparts to strengthen their ability to support project deliverables.
  • Contribute to additional executive relations and implementation management activities as performance allows.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a previous director, supervisor, manager, or team lead role.
  • Ability to learn new software paradigms and apply them quickly to customer and internal projects.
  • Ability to use logic-based approaches to solve new challenges.
  • Experience managing customer expectations and relationships for complex, technical projects.
  • Experience balancing work across multiple customers and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to run project, stakeholder, and executive meetings remotely.
  • Strong management skills with experience documenting decisions, managing scope, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Experience with healthcare analytics, EMR implementation, or EMR support is preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred; QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Power BI are also considered.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
