Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex operational and technology challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement initiatives for clients.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Provide candid, strategic advisory support to client stakeholders.
  • Help create and improve data ecosystems that support clinical workflows and operational automation.
  • Contribute to technology implementation efforts for healthcare clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consulting and implementation services.
  • Use problem-solving to address difficult client and project issues.

Requirements

  • Epic Willow Inpatient certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or Epic-related advisory work is implied by the role.
  • Ability to provide straightforward, candid client communication.
