Description

  • Support a West Coast healthcare client as an Epic Referrals/Authorizations analyst.
  • Drive strategic process improvement across healthcare workflows.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solve difficult problems in Epic-related referral and authorization processes.
  • Advise clients on workflow and implementation needs with straightforward communication.
  • Collaborate with teams to support revenue access and patient access operations.
  • Use analytical problem-solving to improve operational processes.
  • Work independently while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

  • Epic Certifications in Cadence, Referrals, and Authorizations.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Referrals Advisor.
  • Experience supporting Epic Revenue Access and/or Patient Access workflows.
  • Registration and Cadence workflow experience preferred.
  • Experience with MyChart Scheduling, including Direct, Open, and Fast Pass, preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
