Description

  • Drive strategic process improvement initiatives for healthcare clients.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Solve difficult client problems and support implementation efforts.
  • Advise healthcare organizations on technology strategy and operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver clear, candid guidance.
  • Help build data ecosystems that support clinical workflows, operational automation, and research.
  • Support governance, technology implementation, and analytics-related work as needed.

Requirements

  • Epic certification is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Epic Refuel experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
