Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex operational and technology challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement for client engagements.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Epic Healthy Planet-related needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver healthcare IT solutions.
  • Contribute to analytics and implementation work that supports clinical workflows and operational automation.
  • Use direct, candid communication to guide client conversations and expectations.

Requirements

  • Epic Healthy Planet certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or Epic-related advisory work is preferred.
