Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex challenges through Epic advisory work.
  • Drive strategic process improvement across client engagements.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solve difficult problems in support of client operations and implementations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and provide direct, candid guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver consulting services.
  • Help strengthen Prominence’s healthcare IT consulting team through effective execution.

Requirements

  • Epic HB Contracts certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT consulting or healthcare technology strategy (preferred).
