Description

  • Advise healthcare clients on Epic-related needs and strategic process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple workstreams independently.
  • Solve difficult client problems and help deliver practical solutions.
  • Support healthcare technology strategy and implementation efforts.
  • Help clients improve how they use data to support clinical workflows and operational processes.
  • Provide straightforward, candid guidance to clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver consulting engagements.

Requirements

  • EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
  • Beans certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or Epic consulting is implied by the role, and former Epic manager background is preferred context for the company.
