Description

  • Lead and actively contribute to Epic Revenue Cycle engagements, including optimization, implementation support, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to solve complex revenue cycle challenges across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows.
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and end-user adoption.
  • Manage project execution by handling scope, resolving issues, and ensuring measurable results.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leaders and serve as a go-to advisor for Revenue Cycle strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to support account health and identify opportunities for continued impact.
  • Support sales and scoping efforts through subject matter expertise, solution design, and effort estimation.
  • Contribute to the development of Epic Revenue Cycle methodologies, tools, best practices, and scalable offerings.
  • Mentor consultants and managers across engagements while fostering delivery excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in internal initiatives that strengthen team capability, consistency, and culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations.
  • Deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle, including Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, Cadence, and Prelude.
  • Proven track record of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles with the ability to both lead and execute.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently.
  • Must be based in the U.S. in a remote-first role and able to travel as needed for client engagements and key meetings.
  • Full-time, salaried position; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
