Description

  • Identify, attract, and engage top-tier, highly qualified specialist participants to build and maintain Prolific’s participant pools.
  • Act as the primary recruitment contact and trusted partner for client-specific AI delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration on resourcing.
  • Deliver on bespoke client projects by meeting or exceeding project goals and recruitment targets.
  • Design and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers to ensure skills and qualifications meet client requirements.
  • Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels to improve participant retention and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse candidate engagement and quality metrics and translate insights into actionable operational improvements.
  • Maintain and elevate the quality, diversity, and readiness of participant pools, optimising for customer needs and high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in recruitment excellence in high-growth talent acquisition environments.
  • Experience executing innovative, high-volume sourcing strategies to deliver scalable candidate pipelines.
  • Builder mindset with experience designing and scaling sourcing and hiring solutions to improve onboarding speed and operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern sourcing and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver at pace, and thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Highly data-driven and commercially minded, comfortable using analytics and operational metrics to measure impact and inform decisions.
  • Experience with global crowdsourcing or gig-economy platforms (particularly valuable).
  • Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects such as data labeling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation (particularly valuable).
  • Availability to start within ~2 weeks is prioritised.
  • Willingness to work on a 3-month fixed-term contract (with opportunity to extend); open to candidates based in the UK, US, or Mexico.
