Description

  • Lead and develop a team of three product marketers, setting direction, removing blockers, and building their craft.
  • Own Prolific’s product positioning and messaging architecture across the company’s core offerings.
  • Build and run the product launch framework, including process, templates, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Own solutions packaging and go-to-market strategy for combinations of platform, participant supply, and services.
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap priorities using market signals and competitive positioning.
  • Work with Sales leadership to understand deal feedback and translate it into stronger narratives and sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct and synthesize market, competitive, and customer research to inform product strategy and go-to-market decisions.
  • Set and uphold the standard for PMM craft, including writing quality, launch execution, and impact measurement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing product marketers.
  • Experience building product marketing as a function rather than only executing within an established playbook.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into positioning for different buyer types.
  • Strong stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and executive teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust with technical and commercial leaders.
  • Track record of shipping launches that moved business metrics.
  • Excellent writing and synthesis skills for turning messy inputs into clear, compelling outputs.
  • Experience in product marketing or solutions marketing for complex B2B products, marketplaces, or platform businesses.
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder buyer journeys, ideally in complex buying environments.
