Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound analyst requests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner while following analyst firms’ policies.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with analysts covering Ensono.
  • Summarize analyst reports and share relevant insights with global sales and marketing teams.
  • Respond to research requests from sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Work with the public relations agency to identify analysts for reporter support, press quotes, and pitch support.
  • Develop outbound communications to analysts, including news sharing, analyst tours, and strategy briefings.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and executives to gather analyst input on roadmap, strategy, pricing, and related topics.
  • Use analysts strategically to support marketing efforts such as speaking opportunities, report sponsorship, lead generation, and webinar participation.
  • Write and develop briefing documents, messaging documents, analyst tours, and materials for trade shows and events.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of analyst relations activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, product management, or corporate strategy roles within enterprise technology and/or service providers.
  • Experience in analyst relations is preferred but not required.
  • Public relations experience is a plus.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills with clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to actively listen, distill complex topics, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technology offerings and their place in the ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop business cases and points of validation.
  • Curiosity and willingness to innovate on best practices and test new approaches.
  • Experience working across functions such as product marketing and competitive intelligence is preferred.
