Description

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers, including surgeons and hospitals.
  • Generate new leads through online research, industry events, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects and assess their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Nurture leads through regular communication to support long-term partnerships and a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Robotic Sales Representatives to transfer qualified leads and share accurate lead information.
  • Support market development events and related logistics throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to surgeons, nurses, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
  • Assist in closing deals by providing technical expertise and customized solutions.
  • Work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or surgical sales industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of surgical procedures, robotics technology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel 80%.
  • Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry, or in a regulated FDA environment, is a plus.
  • Previous startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy sales schedule.
