Description

  • Design, develop, and implement FHIR-based interoperability solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations.
  • Support implementation of Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD) and Prior Authorization Support (PAS) workflows.
  • Ensure interoperability solutions are compliant and scalable.
  • Collaborate across architecture, product, QA, and development teams.
  • Build reusable and maintainable interoperability components.
  • Integrate enterprise care management applications with EHR systems and FHIR platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of software development experience using .NET technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
  • Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools.
  • Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and SDLC.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other databases.
  • Experience working on a FHIR project is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AWS is preferred.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) preferred.
  • Understanding of security best practices including authentication, authorization, OAuth, and JWT preferred.
  • Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools preferred.
