Description

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Greenhouse and other HRIS or Talent Management applications.
  • Manage application security, user access, system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT, HR, Business Systems teams, and vendors.
  • Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for system changes and integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Manage HR technology vendor relationships and coordinate product updates and enhancements.
  • Coordinate change communications, training, implementation activities, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automation, system functionality, and user experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Talent Management systems, or business applications.
  • Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting application integrations, data exchanges, troubleshooting, and release management.
  • Experience developing and executing system testing plans, scenarios, and test cases.
  • Understanding of application security, user roles, permissions, and access management.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating system documentation, test plans, process documentation, and user communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; vendor management, implementations, leadership presentations, and change-management experience also preferred.
