Description

  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to keep internal workflows organized and on track.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, process notes, task follow-ups, and CRM records.
  • Help improve and maintain structured workflows and operational processes.
  • Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and action items are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support team coordination and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
  • Assist with outbound outreach through cold calling, follow-up communication, and prospect qualification.
  • Track outreach activity, update the CRM, and keep contact lists organized with notes and next steps.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across designated platforms.
  • Assist with basic marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, follow-up sequences, and contact list segmentation.
  • Support campaign consistency, process compliance, and light coordination of marketing-related tasks and content scheduling.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Administrative Support, Technical Coordinator, Sales Support, Lead Generation, Marketing Support, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable following structured processes and working independently in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and task ownership.
  • Comfortable supporting outbound outreach and client-facing coordination.
  • Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider), B2B services, or another structured service-based environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Autotask, IT Glue, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and task/project management systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales, operations, or service teams is preferred.
  • Exposure to technical services, service desk, or IT-related environments is a plus.
