Description

  • Provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner on HR initiatives, employee concerns, and documentation.
  • Assist with employee coaching efforts, including documentation, follow-ups, and action plan coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document processing and coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries and employee support.
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives for a remote or in-person setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and Operations to support HR processes.
  • Issue company equipment to new hires and retrieve assets from resigning employees.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in a staff augmentation, outsourcing, or remote-first environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas such as Cavite, with no plans to relocate.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check before the job offer stage.
