Description

  • Act as custodian of brand voice across all lifecycle communications.
  • Audit and standardise customer-facing messaging across business units.
  • Develop and maintain communication guidelines and brand governance frameworks.
  • Design structured communication journeys across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Build scalable messaging frameworks for web, email, support content, product communications, and campaigns.
  • Identify customer friction points and improve clarity through messaging optimisation.
  • Ensure customer communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to align messaging with business objectives.
  • Translate complex product, regulatory, and operational information into accessible customer language.
  • Use performance data and customer insights to refine communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in brand communications, lifecycle marketing, or messaging strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience building structured communication systems at scale.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance and voice development.
  • Proven ability to convert strategy into repeatable operational frameworks.
  • Experience working across cross-functional, distributed teams.
  • Strong project management and execution capability.
