Description

  • Proactively source, engage, and convert new hotel business with a strong outbound sales focus.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for hotel clients, including outreach, consultative demos, onboarding, implementation, and early outcomes.
  • Guide hotel partners in adopting PriceLabs effectively and helping them achieve revenue impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with hotel operators and management groups as a primary advisor.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to grow accounts and increase adoption across properties.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Growth to improve messaging, outreach, and go-to-market execution for the hotel segment.
  • Share field insights and recommendations to improve the hotel offering and support vertical growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality tech.
  • Strong understanding of how hotel operators, revenue managers, and OTAs make decisions.
  • Experience selling tech solutions such as RMS, channel managers, or booking engines to hotel groups is preferred.
  • Native Spanish or French proficiency is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong sales orientation and comfort with relationship-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must reside in Europe, preferably France, Spain, or Portugal, and have a work permit.
