Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Services Sales Representatives, including both new hires and tenured team members.
  • Manage onboarding, training, performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline coaching, and call evaluations.
  • Own and manage the Services Sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Support Software Sales growth through alignment, cross-training, and strategic coordination.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing PrePass client portfolio.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to secure new business.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign alignment and lead-generation efforts.
  • Analyze sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion data to guide decision-making.
  • Manage forecasting, reporting, and sales process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS and/or services sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Proven success building and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of FMCSA, DOT, and transportation compliance requirements.
  • Experience selling into trucking fleets, carriers, or transportation/logistics companies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred experience in transportation, fleet technology, or compliance solutions.
  • Background selling compliance services, safety solutions, or compliance software.
  • Familiarity with ELD, TMS, fleet management, or driver compliance platforms.
  • Experience working with driver qualification, Hours of Service (HOS), or CSA regulations.
