Description

  • Serve as the primary client liaison and strategic advisor for Data Solutions accelerator and Analytics Ready Dataset engagements.
  • Partner with the broader client service team to pitch, scope, and expand accelerator and ARD business.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication on strategy, planning, and delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple accelerators and ARD deployments across different engagement models.
  • Lead delivery from the accelerator core through client-specific last-mile customization.
  • Manage and optimize onsite-offshore delivery operations with India-based technical and content teams.
  • Control project budgets, resource allocation, and team efficiency to maximize client and company value.
  • Interpret market dynamics, scientific information, and clinical and preclinical data to ensure high-quality ARD outputs.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop 2-4 Engagement Managers, including development plans and annual reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-trust team environment and uphold the company's core principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare consulting, data product delivery, or market access strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in the market access, payer, patient, and provider commercial data space.
  • Experience in pharma commercialization is required; market access domain expertise is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering complex data products, including accelerators and ready-to-use datasets, through engagement and account-level delivery models.
  • Experience leading and driving efficiency within a distributed onsite-offshore operating model.
  • Exceptional account management and client-facing skills, including presenting to and advising senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing, mentoring, and scaling direct reports.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
