Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Build scalable, optimized, and user-friendly BI dashboards.
  • Develop data models, DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
  • Create advanced Excel-based dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis on healthcare datasets.
  • Analyze patient journeys, lines of therapy, and treatment patterns.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for large datasets.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation across BI outputs.
  • Integrate multiple data sources into BI models.
  • Translate business requirements into dashboards, insights, presentations, and stakeholder-facing storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analytics, HEOR, and consulting.
  • Own end-to-end deliverables and communicate independently with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in BI development and healthcare or life sciences analytics roles.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, dashboards, pivoting, and automation.
  • Strong SQL skills, including query writing and optimization.
  • Experience with structured healthcare or life sciences datasets such as claims, RWE, and patient-level data.
  • Proven experience in claims, patient, and commercial analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in stakeholder-driven or client-facing environments.
  • Ability to work independently and own end-to-end deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation is preferred.
  • Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of data engineering concepts such as ETL and pipelines is preferred.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Exposure to therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, or Rare Diseases is preferred.
  • Experience in consulting or analytics service environments in the healthcare domain is preferred.
