Description

  • Partner with subject matter experts and functional leaders to assess training needs and design learning solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training content for translational sciences, clinical operations, project management, GCP, data management, and regulatory/compliance areas.
  • Lead coordination and delivery of role-specific new hire onboarding, including scheduling and tracking.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for training requests and provide guidance on existing tools, templates, and materials.
  • Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the Learning and Development function.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reporting to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain role-based curricula and complete annual curriculum reviews and updates.

Requirements

  • Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • 4-6 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare settings.
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in roles supporting clinical trial execution and training/development for delivery teams.
  • Proficiency with learning development platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external individuals and teams.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to clinical development plans.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP relating to clinical trial management.
