Description

  • Design the global learning and capability roadmap with a priority focus on AI and skills mapping.
  • Lead engagement diagnostics, action-plan governance, and the company’s culture data narrative.
  • Ensure onboarding programs scale globally, stay consistent, and reduce new-hire time-to-readiness.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Next Gen internship program, from attraction through conversion to full-time roles.
  • Lead teams and projects within the People and HR function.
  • Work across multiple workstreams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment with evolving structure.
  • Communicate with executive-level clarity and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders in a global operating environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within People or HR.
  • Proven experience leading teams and projects in Learning, Engagement, Onboarding, or talent programs.
  • Experience in at least two of the four scope areas: Learning, Engagement, Onboarding, or talent programs.
  • Advanced English level for daily global work and interaction with international stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology companies or fast-paced transformation environments.
  • Hands-on experience in skills mapping and workforce readiness, including identifying critical gaps and prioritizing development based on data.
  • Ability to assess AI competency maturity and structure learning paths for current and future tech demands.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including maturity, political awareness, and influence without direct authority.
  • Preferred experience applying AI in HR, engagement, or learning processes.
  • Preferred background in global organizations, matrix structures, or exposure to C-level leadership.
  • Preferred familiarity with people analytics and data-driven storytelling for executive audiences.
  • Preferred knowledge of instructional design, talent program management, or engagement strategy.
