Description

  • Partner with functional subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver training content and programs for translational sciences, clinical operations, project management, GCP, data management, and regulatory/compliance topics.
  • Lead coordination and delivery of new hire role-specific onboarding, including scheduling and tracking.
  • Serve as the first-line intake and triage point for training requests and guide stakeholders on existing tools, templates, and materials.
  • Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the Learning and Development function.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reporting in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with functional leadership to build and maintain role-based curricula and conduct annual curriculum reviews.
  • Update curricula and training hour requirements as regulations, organizational needs, or role expectations change.

Requirements

  • Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • 4-6 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and/or healthcare settings.
  • At least 4 years of experience directly related to clinical trial execution and supporting delivery teams with training and development.
  • Proficiency with learning development platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external individuals and teams.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities in relation to clinical development plan execution.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP related to clinical trial management.
