Description

  • Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
  • Create messaging frameworks using Feature/Advantage/Benefit analysis and proof points to improve market positioning.
  • Develop differentiated content strategies and omnichannel messaging for client engagement.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools to support the sales team in reaching financial targets.
  • Identify Autoimmune and FSP client profiles with Lead Generation and Inside Sales teams.
  • Develop and execute digital content strategies across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitor digital performance and prioritize the highest-ROI marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial stakeholders to develop thought leadership content.
  • Lead annual conference planning and execution, including budgeting, messaging, and coordination with event teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance, manage complex projects, deliver monthly reporting, and share insights and recommendations with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of independently leading projects and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; Autoimmune experience and broader clinical CRO experience are strong pluses.
  • Proven success developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.
  • Understanding of end-to-end work processes and the ability to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Commitment to company principles and code of ethics, with a focus on inclusion, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
