Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise initiatives and cross-functional programs from initiation through close-out.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when needed to support successful outcomes.
  • Apply structured project and program management methodologies to drive consistent and predictable delivery.
  • Translate enterprise and functional strategies into actionable plans and roadmaps for enterprise initiatives.
  • Support transformation, process improvement, and operational effectiveness programs.
  • Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
  • Lead stakeholders through root-cause problem-solving and develop recommendations for process improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change management, internal communication, training, and adoption efforts for new processes and changes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track operational performance and initiative effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent plus 12 years of related experience.
  • Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development, or demonstrated competency in the key areas of the role.
  • Strong drug development experience with understanding of other functions relevant to the position.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize critical needs.
  • Strong clinical operations experience.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, manage conflict, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • $162,000–$243,000 USD annual salary range.
