Description

  • Track project deliverables across departments and ensure deadlines are communicated and met.
  • Manage up to 20 projects at a time and oversee the project development process.
  • Run client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions process and coordinate with taggers.
  • Communicate status updates to clients, the MLR Supervisor, and internal team members.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and provide team updates.
  • Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under program manager supervision.
  • Prepare Sunshine Act reports and other client-required ancillary reports.
  • Work with logistics vendors on meeting planning, including site search, venue contracting, travel, food and beverage, and AV equipment.
  • Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate assignment team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client service or agency setting, or related internship experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of timeline and schedule development (preferred).
  • Experience supporting a project manager or marketing team with task coordination and deadline tracking (preferred).
  • High level of computer competency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
